What we translate

Why people choose us

Every price on this site is real. Before you upload a document, you already know what a sworn translation costs, what pushes the price up, and what’s included — no phone call, no quote form, no "contact us for pricing."

Not every translation needs to be sworn. If a normal, precise translation is enough for your situation, we’ll tell you — even though the sworn service costs more. Our Legal Translation page explains the difference in plain terms.

A real Zaragoza office, valid everywhere in Spain. We work from a real office in Delicias, Zaragoza. A sworn translator appointed by Spain’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MAEC) is valid anywhere in the country, so the same certified translation works whether you live in Zaragoza, Barcelona, or abroad.

Frequently asked questions

Is a sworn translation from Fast Translation Services valid throughout Spain?

Yes. Our sworn translations are produced by a translator appointed by Spain’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MAEC). That appointment is national — the stamp and signature are formally valid at any Spanish institution, regardless of which province issued them.

How long does a translation take?

Standard turnaround is 24–72 hours for most document translations, and 48–96 hours for medical, technical and financial translation. If you’re working to a deadline, 24-hour and same-day express options are available at checkout for an additional fee, shown before you pay.

What file formats do you accept?

Word, PDF, scanned images (JPG or PNG) and, for localization projects, developer-friendly formats. If your source document is scanned or handwritten, a small formatting surcharge applies — shown in the price before you order.

How do I pay, and is the price shown final?

You pay online at checkout once you’ve configured your order; the total you see includes 21% IVA. If you’re an EU business with a valid VAT number outside Spain, you can remove IVA at checkout.
