Order to delivery in four steps
Configure & order
Choose your service, language pair, and word, document or hour count. Add urgency (standard, 24-hour or same-day), a paper original, or any extra — an additional stamped copy, notarisation of the signature, proofreading, or postal delivery — then pay online. The total is fixed before you confirm.
Upload your document
Upload your file (PDF, JPG, PNG or DOCX, up to 10MB each) directly after ordering, or email it to support@fasttranslationservices.com referencing your order number if you’d rather send it that way.
Translation & review
Your document is translated by a linguist matched to your language pair and subject matter — a MAEC-appointed sworn translator for certified work, a subject-matter specialist for legal, medical, technical or financial translation — and reviewed before delivery.
Certification & delivery
Where your order includes sworn certification, the sworn translator stamps, signs and certifies the translation with their certification formula. You receive a digitally signed PDF by email as standard; a paper original with a wet-ink stamp is available by post (Spain €12, EU €24, rest of world €34) or by collection at our Delicias office, if you added it to your order.

- MP3 and WAV audio, and MP4 video, for transcription and subtitling
How you receive your translation
- Digitally signed PDF — included at no extra charge, delivered by email, accepted for most procedures without a paper original.
- Paper original by post — a wet-ink stamped original by registered post: €12 within Spain, €24 to the rest of the EU, €34 to the rest of the world.
- Collect in person — drop off and collect from our Delicias office in Zaragoza, at no extra charge.
- Both — order a digital PDF immediately and a paper original in parallel, if your situation calls for it.

Confidentiality
Every document you send us is handled within the EU. If you're sending something sensitive — an immigration file, a medical record, a contract under negotiation — you can ask for a confidentiality agreement or NDA before you send anything, at no extra charge. Once your order is complete, you can request that we delete your documents from our systems; short of a request, they're retained only as long as needed to support your order and our legal obligations, in line with our Privacy Policy.
